We Want to Hear From You: Submit a Session Proposal for the ICIC Conference 2026

Twenty-five years ago, Indiana's first charter schools opened their doors. This fall, we're gathering to celebrate how far we've come and to shape what comes next.

The Indiana Charter Innovation Center is officially opening the call for session proposals for our 2026 annual conference: Spark to Scale: 25 Years of Indiana Charter Innovation. Join us this November as we bring together more than 80 charter schools and 200+ attendees, including founders, principals, operations leads, and educators, to reflect on a quarter century of innovation and set our sights on the future.

The best sessions at this conference won't come from a stage far removed from the classroom. They'll come from people like you: practitioners who've lived this work, leaders who've built something real, and partners who've helped Indiana's charter sector grow into what it is today.

Here's what we're looking for: Stories worth telling. Strategies worth sharing. Honest reflections on what the last 25 years have taught us and bold ideas for what the next 25 could look like.

A few things to know before you submit:

  • Member Schools and Official Partner Organizations receive priority consideration.
  • We welcome proposals from across the education ecosystem, including consultants and external organizations.
  • All experience levels are welcome. You don't have to be a seasoned speaker to have something worth saying.

Submit your session proposal here.

Have an idea but not sure how to shape it into a proposal? Reach out and we'd be happy to help you get there.
